  • Developed and implemented the Corporate Business Plan for the American Red Cross Biomedical Services Youth initiative

  • Collaborated with external youth-serving organizations including America’s Promise, Youth Services America, andthe National Association for the Equal Opportunity in Higher Education (NAFEO).
  • Led the National Biomedical Services Youth Task Force and the National Minority Recruitment Initiative Committee.
  • Developed national promotional and educational programs and materials for youth and minority market-segments.

Virginia Blood Services/Metropolitan Washington Blood Banks
  • Increased blood drive participation at the college and university level by more than 150 percent in four years by developing and implementing Blood Tour, an exclusive Virginia Blood Services/Metropolitan Washington Blood Banks marketing campaign.
